This Privacy Policy explains how YUANBAO LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Sky Strike distributed on Google Play (the “App”), including our website. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Game data stays on your device. Sky Strike stores your game progress, unlocked items, and settings locally on your device. We do not operate game servers, and this data is not transmitted to us.

Purchases. In-app purchases (for example, gold packs) are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never receive your payment card number, bank details, or billing address. Google provides us with a purchase order identifier so that purchases can be restored on your device.

Platform-provided data. Google Play may process technical data such as device identifiers and crash reports under its own privacy policy. The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Information you provide directly. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and message.

2. How We Use Information

• To deliver, verify, and restore in-app purchases handled by Google Play Billing;
• To respond to your inquiries, feedback, and support requests;
• To maintain the security and integrity of our services;
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on services provided by Google in connection with Google Play:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No account registration is required;
• No personal information is required to play;
• No advertising identifiers are collected or used for tracking;
• No analytics SDKs are integrated;
• No data is stored on our own servers.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is directed at a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at admin@bytezc.com and we will delete it.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us by emailing admin@bytezc.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure or deletion of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by those laws.

EEA / UK residents: under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection. Because we only process information you send us by email, exercising these rights is straightforward — just email us.

7. Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information sent to us. No Internet transmission is 100% secure. We retain email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request plus a reasonable archival period; you may ask us to delete a thread at any time.

8. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your message will be processed in the U.S. We follow the principle of data minimization and keep only what the conversation requires.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
